15 minutes of cross training

Today we are supposed to do 15 minutes of cross training. Okay. Hmm.

After reveiwing my exercise tapes and dvd's, I was pleased to discover AM Yoga with Rodney Yee is 17 minutes. While I am mindful not to overdue it, 2 minutes seemed like an acceptable overage amount.

I did not consider Mr. Bailiff and Diego. They haven't seen Mad and I do yoga before. Please allow me to introduce you to the boys:

Diego is on the left. Mr. Bailiff is smacked down as often as he is the one doing the smacking down. They were sharing our mats and exploring the boxes the mats are stored in. Mad got the giggles early on.

The hamstring stretch was surprisingly nice. We are going to have to do that tape more often.

By the end, we were both a bit giddy. We added our "oohhmmm's" to the 3 minute seated meditation.

Cross training mission accomplished!
